Nepal Tug of War Association (NTWA)
Nepal Tug of War Association is Affiliated to Tug of War International Federation (TWIF). The mission of TWIF is to provide the structure and good governance necessary for the well-being and development of the sport of Tug of War throughout the world. NTWA is registered in National Sports Council of Nepal and has sole responsibility for development of Tug of War game throughout Nepal.
With its provincial committees, district committees, municipality committees, and clubs, it stands as one of the most widely dispersed sports associations in Nepal.

Sunsari District Tug of War Association organized First Mayor Cup Tug of War Aompetition in Itahari Sunsari. Competition coordinator Ashok Kumar Chaudhary says that the Tug of War competition in Itahari is completed successfullly and won by Budhiganga Team, while Mikhlajung teams comes as runnerup. The winner team was awarded cash prize of Rs. 40000 and Runnerup Rs. 20000.
कपिलवस्तु जिल्ला डोरीतान संघले पुस ९ ,२०७८ मा कृष्णनगर नगरपालिका-८ बहादुरगन्जमा आयोजना गरेको दोश्रो कपिलवस्तु जिल्ला डोरीतान प्रतियोगिता मा पुरुष ६०० किलो समुहमा प्रथम महाराजगन्ज नगरपालिका , दोश्रो मायादेवी गाउपालिका र तेस्रो बुद्धभुमि नगरपालिका तथा महिला ५०० किलो तौल समुहमा प्रथम बाणगङ्गा नगरपालिका, दोस्रो बिजयनगर गाउँपालिका र तेस्रो शुद्दोधन गाउँपालिका भएका छन ।
बेलबारी, २५ मङ्सिर । प्रथम मोरङ जिल्ला अन्तरापालिकास्तरीय डोरीतान प्रतियोगिताको उपाधि बुढिगंगा नगरपालिकाले जितेको छ । मिक्लाजुङ गाउँपालिकाको टिमलाई हराउँदै बुढिगगाले उपाधि जित्न सफल भएको हो ।
प्रतियोगिताका विजेता टिमले ५१ हजार नगदसहित ट्रफि, मेडल तथा प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त गरेका छन् भने उपविजेता टिमले ३५ हजार नगदसहित ट्रफि, मेडल तथा प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त गरेका छन् ।
बेलबारी, २१ मङ्सिर । बेलबारीमा मोरङ जिल्ला स्तरीय डोरीतान प्रतियोगिता सञ्चालन हुने भएको छ । आज (मङ्गलवार) बेलबारीमा पत्रकार सम्मेलनको आयोजना गरेर आयोजक संस्था डोरीतान नगर कमिटी बेलबारीले उक्त जानकारी गराएको हो ।
मङ्सिर २५ गते सञ्चालन हुने प्रतियोगितामा मोरङ १७ वटा पालिकामध्ये १४ वटा टिमले सहभागिता जनाउने बेलबारी डोरी तान नगर समितिका अध्यक्ष शीतल रायले जानकारी दिइन् ।
